Pricing

Monthly plans by draft volume.

Paid plans are based on monthly draft volume and seat count. Each matter returns a Word draft with the review memo, plus register evidence when usable results are found.

Prices are in US dollars. One draft means one response to one non-final Office Action.

What every draft includes

Plan level does not change the document format. View the MOLTO draft generated from a real Office Action.

  1. 01

    Review memo on page one.

The memo identifies the issues and states what the response drafts. It flags applicant facts that require confirmation and ends with a before-filing checklist.

  2. 02

    Draft response.

The draft is organized by issue and cites authority where used. Missing applicant facts appear as bracketed placeholders for attorney completion.

  3. 03

    Register evidence for Section 2(d).

RE:ACTION records the register search result in the memo. When the search finds usable third-party registrations, the package includes their USPTO printouts for Exhibit A.

  4. 04

    Attorney review notice.

The first page states that a licensed attorney must review the draft before filing. RE:ACTION is a work aid and does not provide legal advice.
